How to Complete Counseling Records for Preliminary Warning, Early Learning Warning or Mid-Term Learning Warning

1.Log in to the Administration System.
2.Click on the“導師系統”(Homeroom Teacher System) icon.
3.Click on the“導師查詢系統”(Homeroom Teacher Inquiry System) icon.
1.登入校務系統。
2.點選「導師系統」。
3.點選「導師查詢系統 」。

4.Choose the Student ID.
4.選擇學生學號。

5.Look for the option labeled“晤談記錄”(Counseling Records).

6.Look for the option labeled “輸入訪談記錄”(Fill out Counseling Records).
6.點選「輸入訪談記錄」。

7.Select the“訪談類別”(Counseling Category).
Choose the Counseling
category:“先期輔導” (Preliminary Warning Counseling) , “期初預警輔導” (Early Warning Counseling ) or “期中預警輔導” (Mid-Term Warning Counseling)
7.點選「訪談類別」。先期輔導、期初預警輔導、期中預警輔導

8.Complete records in“訪談事由”(Reason for Interview) and“訪談內容”(Interview Content).
9.After completing, click "存檔" (Save) to submit.
Reminder: Ensure to select the correct counseling category; otherwise, the "To-Do" section will continuously display unfinished tasks.
8.填寫「訪談事由」及「訪談內容」。
9.按下「存檔」送出。
訪談類別請務必再次確認。
