115學年度第1學期「學生學習社群募課」開始申請!讓興趣變成通識學分(線上填報至115/9/21、紙本收件至115/9/22止)

一、目的與通識學分採認

1.為鼓勵學生自組知識性學習社群、推動自主學習風氣,教學發展中心辦理「學生學習社群募課」。
2.學生學習社群募課經審查通過並執行完畢之學生,得依規定抵換通識教育中心5大領域(人文思維、美學涵養、公民社會、全球視野、自然科學)興趣自選2學分(註:學生於在學期間內,社群募課學分採認以2學分為限)。

二、申請資格與規範
1.成員人數:本校在學學生均可申請,每組3至8人(可跨院系、學制、年級),並推舉1人擔任召集人。每名學生至多參與2組社群。
2.指導教師:須邀請本校專任或兼任教師1名擔任
社群指導老師。
3.必要義務:
社群成員至少1人代表出席「期初社群說明會」及「期末成果發表會」;若無故缺席且無代表出席者,將取消執行資格及經費補助。

三、申請流程與重要時程
1.線上申請(即日起至115年9月21日(一)12:00止)召集人填寫線上申請表​(
https://reurl.cc/OQvdQg​) 填寫完畢後表單發送電子檔至召集人電子郵件信箱。
2.紙本簽核與送件(即日起至115年9月22日(二)17:00止)召集人收到電子檔後,請將申請表雙面列印,經召集人、指導老師、召集人所屬系所主任及學院院長完成簽核用印後,送交學發展中心(L棟1樓)
3.重要作業時程表:
(1)審查期間:115/09/23(三)~115/09/30(三)
(2)結果公告:預計115/10/01(四)
(3)社群執行期間:115/10/01(四)~115/12/15(二)
(4)成果繳交截止:115/12/18(五)12:00止
(5)期末成果競賽
預計115/12/24(四)

四、執行內容與結案要求
1.聚會時數:執行期間須安排至少36小時之聚會或活動(型式可為講座與討論分享、實作與操作演練、參訪與實地走訪、展覽與推廣活動等,地點以校內為原則)。
2.結案繳交文件
請於115/12/18(五)中午12:00前,紙本送交教學發展中心 ,電子檔寄送至 cdt@g2.usc.edu.tw
2-1.活動紀錄表及簽到表紙本(須滿36小時且經指導老師簽章)。
2-2.成果報告1份(含紙本與電子檔)。
2-3.期末自評表1份(須經指導老師簽章)。
2-4.A1尺寸(長84.1公分,寬59.4公分,解析度100doi)  成果海報電子檔1張。
2-5.期末成果競賽簡報
電子檔1份(簡報頁數至多10頁為限)

五、經費補助與獎勵
1.學生社群補助金:獲核定之社群提供獎勵金補助(依當年度預算分配)。
2.指導教師費用:每組指導教師獲新台幣2,000元指導費。
3.
期末成果競賽獎金:第一名:5,000元;第二名:4,000元;第三名:3,000元;佳作(2組):各2,000元。
*補助金額將依據學期預算另訂,僅提供114-2學期之核定金額參考。
4.學分認抵:依規定執行完學生社群及繳交相關文件後,當學期末經本校共同課程委員會議審議通過可於次一學期認列通識教育中心5大領域(人文思維、美學涵養、公民社會、全球視野、自然科學)興趣自選2學分。(註:學生於在學期間內,社群募課學分採認以2學分為限)

Applications for Fall Semester 2026 "Student-Led Learning Community Course Crowdsourcing" are Now Open! 
Turn your interests into General Education credits! (Online application open until Sept 21, 2026; Hardcopy submission until Sept 22, 2026)
I. Purpose and General Education Credit Recognition
1. To encourage students to form self-organized intellectual learning communities and cultivate self-directed learning habits, the Center for Teaching and Learning Development organizes "Student-Led Learning Community Course Crowdsourcing."
2. Students whose projects are reviewed, approved, and fully executed may offset 2 elective credits in the 5 major domains of the Center for General Education (Humanistic Thought, Aesthetic Literacy, Civil Society, Global Vision, Natural Science) according to regulations. (Note: Credit recognition for community courses is capped at 2 credits per student during their enrollment period).
II. Eligibility and Regulations
1.Team Size: All enrolled students are eligible to apply, with 3 to 8 members per group (cross-Department, cross-program, and cross-grade levels allowed), and 1 person appointed as the convener. Each student may participate in up to 2 communities.
2.Advisory Teacher: Teams must invite 1 full-time or part-time Teacher from our university to serve as the community advisory Teacher.
3.Mandatory Obligations: At least 1 member must represent the team at the "Orientation Meeting" at the start of the semester and the "Final Results Presentation" at the end of the semester. Unexcused absence without representation will result in revocation of execution eligibility and financial subsidy.
III. Application Process and Key Timeline
1.Online Application (From now until Monday, Sept 21, 2026, 12:00): The convener must complete the online application​(https://reurl.cc/OQvdQg​)  . A PDF copy will be dispatched to the convener's email.
2.Hardcopy Approval and Submission (From now until Tuesday, Sept 22, 2026, 17:00): Print the application form double-sided. Secure signatures/seals from the convener, advisory Teacher, convener's Department Chair, and College Dean, then submit it to the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (Building L, 1st Floor).
3.Key Timeline:(1) Review Period: 2026/09/23 (Wed) – 2026/09/30 (Wed)(2) Results Announcement: Expected 2026/10/01 (Thu)(3) Execution Period: 2026/10/01 (Thu) – 2026/12/15 (Tue)(4) Final Deliverables Deadline: 2026/12/18 (Fri) 12:00(5) Final Competition Date: Expected 2026/12/24 (Thu)
IV. Requirements and Final Deliverables
1.Meeting Hours: At least 36 hours of meetings or activities must be conducted during the execution period (formats may include lectures, workshops, site visits, exhibitions, etc., held primarily on campus).
2.Closing Submissions (Submit hardcopies to CTLD and email electronic files to cdt@g2.usc.edu.tw by Dec 18, 2026, 12:00):
2-1. Hardcopy of Activity Logs and Sign-in Sheets (must total 36+ hours and be signed by the advisory Teacher).
2-2. 1 Final Report (Hardcopy and electronic file).
2-3. 1 Self-Evaluation Form (Signed by the advisory Teacher).
2-4. 1 A1 Poster file (84.1 cm x 59.4 cm, 100 dpi).
2-5. 1 Final Competition Presentation file (Max 10 slides).V. Financial Subsidies and Awards
1. Student Community Subsidy: Approved communities will receive subsidy grants (allocated based on current fiscal budget).
2. Advisory Teacher Fee: The advisory Teacher for each group receives NT$2,000.<br>
3. Competition Cash Prizes: 1st Place: NT$5,000; 2nd Place: NT$4,000; 3rd Place: NT$3,000; Honorable Mention (2 groups): NT$2,000 each. (Reference figures based on Spring Semester 2026).
4. Credit Recognition: Upon completion and approval by the Common Curriculum Committee at semester end, 2 General Education elective credits across 5 major domains can be recognized in the following semester (Limit: 2 credits per student during enrollment).
